Choosing postage.

 

We offer combined postage on all listings when paid for in the same transaction.  For example - we charge £1.30 - RM48 standard p&p on keepsakes and will combine items to keep the postage cost low.

Our default postage option is Second-class (RM48) standard, we also offer First-class (RM24) signed.
The amount charged for RM24 signed is for the extra service charged to us, there is no change to the dispatch day.

Royal Mail is contracted to collect from our premises only on Monday and Friday mornings.
Orders must be placed by 14:30 the previous day to allow items to be made and packed by close of business.

 

The courier service that we have ready-priced is provided by DPD but we are happy to discuss alternatives prior to order and pricing. Please message to discuss this before completing your order. 
DPD collections are available on Monday - Friday where the order is placed by 14:30 the previous day, to allow items to be made and packed by close of business and the service to be ordered.

Orders must be posted to the address on file with your payment provider, if you wish to send as a gift to another address and you are paying with PayPal you must add a gift address on PayPal before placing your order.  This is a requirement of fraud prevention.

Please Note: The amount we charge for postage and packing is what we are charged, we do not intentionally make a profit from postage, any profit made is donated to Cash for Kids ( South).
